1,Overview
XL power distribution cabinet box adopts the new power distribution box designed and manufactured by international IEC standards and national standards. This product selects foreign imported electrical products or relatively advanced electrical components in domestic production.
The distribution box is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, commercial, service industry, and civil building AC. H z 50,3 lines, voltage below 600V, and power distribution or lighting distribution series.

2,Working conditions
- Ambient temperature: the ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 degrees Celsius, not less than-10 ° C, and the average temperature is not higher than + 35 ° Celsius within 24 hours.
- Atmospheric conditions: the relative temperature does not exceed 50% at the temperature + 40 degrees C, and a higher relative temperature is allowed when the temperature is low.
- There is no conductive dust and possible corrosion of metals and damaging insulating gas sites.
- The installation inclination shall not exceed 5 degrees without severe vibration and bumps and vertical installation.
- The altitude is not over 2,000 m.
3,Design feature
The power distribution box is closed, and the shell is generally welded by steel plate and can be assembled with profiles. Electric columns are installed on the left and right walls of the box. The knife switch operation handle is installed on the right door of the box as switching power supply. The voltage meter, ammeter, indicator light and operation button can be installed on the box door and open the door to repair the equipment in the box.
The equipment in the box is installed with a rack structure, flexible and compact installation, and convenient maintenance.
4,Ordering instructions
Users shall provide the following information when ordering:
Primary line scheme and single-line system diagram;
Secondary line expansion system diagram;
Detailed specifications and quantity of various electrical equipment installed in each box;
When ordering, the arrangement map and layout plan of the power distribution box shall still be provided.
